Gravity Pipeline Pro’s analytics dashboard gives you a real-time view of how your pipeline is performing — revenue totals, team productivity, conversion rates, and goal tracking — all in one place.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Go to Forms > Gravity Pipeline in your WordPress admin.
- Click the Dashboard or Analytics tab in the pipeline toolbar.
- Select the pipeline and date range you want to analyze.
Key Metrics Available
- Total Entries: How many form submissions entered the pipeline in the selected period.
- Won / Sold Count & Value: Number of entries that reached the Won archive, and the total value if a revenue field is mapped.
- Lost / Dropped Count: Entries archived as lost, and your overall loss rate.
- Conversion Rate: The percentage of entries that moved from intake to Won.
- Average Time in Stage: How long entries spend in each column — helps identify bottlenecks.
- Entries by Assignee: Each team member’s activity — entries moved, won, and dropped.
Mapping a Revenue Field
To track revenue totals, you need to map a form field that contains monetary value:
- In your pipeline feed settings, scroll to Analytics Settings.
- Set the Revenue Field to the form field that contains the deal value or premium amount.
- Save. The dashboard will now show revenue totals alongside entry counts.
Setting User Goals
- Go to Forms > Gravity Pipeline > Team Settings.
- For each user, set a monthly Won Goal (number of closed entries) or Revenue Goal.
- Goals appear as progress bars on the dashboard and in per-user views.
Exporting Data
Click Export CSV on the dashboard to download the current analytics view as a spreadsheet for reporting or sharing with stakeholders.
