Conditional logic flags let you automatically highlight pipeline cards that meet specific criteria — drawing your team’s attention to hot leads, overdue tasks, or high-priority items without manual tagging.
What Are Flags?
Flags are color-coded visual indicators that appear on pipeline cards when defined conditions are met. For example: a red “HOT” banner when a lead’s budget is over $10,000, or a yellow “FOLLOW UP” badge when a card has been in the same stage for more than 3 days.
Creating a Flag Rule
- Go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline and open your pipeline feed.
- Scroll to the Conditional Flags section.
- Click Add Flag.
- Set the Flag Label (e.g., “HOT” or “Urgent”).
- Choose a Flag Color for the visual indicator.
- Define the Conditions: select a form field, an operator (is, is not, greater than, contains, etc.), and a value.
- Add multiple conditions with AND/OR logic if needed.
- Click Save.

Where Flags Appear
Flags appear as colored banners or dots on the pipeline card. When multiple flags apply to the same card, all are shown. The detail panel also lists active flags at the top for quick reference.
