Recycling Entries — The Remarket Recycler

Most lost leads aren’t permanently gone — they’re just not ready yet. The Remarket Recycler automatically returns archived “dropped” entries to your active pipeline after a time delay you define, so no opportunity is permanently forgotten.

How the Remarket Recycler Works

  1. A lead is moved to the Lost/Dropped archive zone.
  2. You configure a recycling delay (e.g., 30 days, 60 days, 6 months).
  3. After that delay, the entry automatically reappears on the active board in a stage you designate (e.g., “Re-Market” or back to “New Lead”).
  4. Your team gets a second shot at converting it.

Enabling the Remarket Recycler

  1. Go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline and open your pipeline feed.
  2. Scroll to the Remarket Recycler section.
  3. Toggle Enable Recycler on.
  4. Set the Recycle Delay — how many days after being dropped before the entry reappears.
  5. Set the Return Stage — which column the entry should land in when recycled.
  6. Optionally enable a Recycle Notification to alert the original assigned user when their dropped lead comes back.
  7. Save settings.

Per-Entry Override

When archiving a single entry to the Lost/Dropped zone, you can set a custom recycle delay for that specific entry — overriding the global setting. This is useful for leads who asked to be contacted “in 3 months” specifically.

Viewing Entries Scheduled for Recycling

In the archive zone view, recycler-enabled entries show a countdown indicator (“Recycles in 14 days”) so your team always knows what’s coming back and when.
