Setting Up AMS Sync (NowCerts Integration)

Gravity Pipeline Pro includes a direct integration with NowCerts AMS, purpose-built for insurance agencies. When a form is submitted (or when you manually trigger a sync from the pipeline), the entry data flows directly into NowCerts as an insured, prospect, or opportunity — with no manual data entry required.

Prerequisites

• Gravity Pipeline Pro active and licensed
• An active NowCerts account with API access enabled
• Your NowCerts API username and password

Step 1: Enter Your NowCerts API Credentials

1. Go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline.
2. Click the AMS Sync tab.
3. Enter your NowCerts API Username and API Password.
4. Click Test Connection. A green confirmation message confirms the credentials are valid.
5. Save settings.

Step 2: Create an AMS Sync Feed

1. Open the Gravity Pipeline feed for your form.
2. Scroll to the AMS Sync Settings section.
3. Toggle Enable AMS Sync on.
4. Choose the Record Type: Insured, Prospect, or Opportunity.

Step 3: Map Form Fields to NowCerts Fields

This is the core of the integration. Each NowCerts field (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Business Name, etc.) needs to be mapped to the corresponding Gravity Forms field.

1. In the Field Mapping section, you’ll see a list of NowCerts fields on the left.
2. For each field, select the matching Gravity Forms field from the dropdown.
3. Multi-source mapping: You can map multiple form fields to a single NowCerts field — for example, pulling “First Name” and “Last Name” from separate fields and concatenating them for the Full Name field.

Step 4: Configure Duplicate Detection

Before creating a new record in NowCerts, Gravity Pipeline checks for existing records to prevent duplicates:

1. Under Duplicate Detection, enable the check and choose which fields to match on: Email, Business Name, or DBA.
2. If a match is found, the integration updates the existing record instead of creating a new one.

Step 5: Set Sync Trigger

• On Form Submission: Sync immediately when the form is submitted.
• On Stage Change: Sync when the entry reaches a specific pipeline stage (e.g., only sync to NowCerts when status = “Qualified”).
• Manual: Sync by clicking the “Sync to AMS” button from the entry detail panel.

Step 6: Save and Test

1. Save your settings.
2. Submit a test form entry.
3. Open the entry detail panel in Gravity Pipeline.
4. Click Sync to AMS (or check that auto-sync fired).
5. Verify the record appears correctly in NowCerts.
