Gravity Pipeline Pro removes all column limits and adds full visual customization for your board — custom colors, custom label terminology, and unlimited stages to match any workflow at any scale.
Removing the Stage Limit
The free version of Gravity Pipeline allows up to a set number of columns. With Pro active, that limit is removed entirely. You can add as many stages as your workflow requires — a 15-stage enterprise sales funnel or a simple 3-column task board — with no restrictions.
To add new stages, go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline, open your pipeline feed, and click Add Column as many times as needed.
Custom Column Colors
Color-coding columns makes it visually fast to scan the board and understand where entries stand at a glance.
- Open your pipeline feed settings.
- For each column, click the Column Color swatch.
- Choose a color using the color picker or enter a hex value.
- Save settings.
Colors appear as a colored accent bar at the top of each column on the board.
Custom Label Terminology
Not every team calls a closed deal “Sold.” Gravity Pipeline Pro lets you customize the language throughout the board to match your industry or company culture.
- Archive Zone Labels: Rename “Won/Sold” to “Placed” or “Completed,” and “Lost/Dropped” to “Declined” or “Cancelled” — whatever fits your workflow.
- Board UI Labels: Customize the text on buttons and interface elements in the pipeline settings under Custom Labels.
Industry-Specific Examples
| Industry | Custom “Won” Label | Custom “Lost” Label |
|---|---|---|
| Insurance | Bound / Placed | Declined / Lapsed |
| Real Estate | Leased / Closed | Withdrew / Expired |
| Staffing | Placed / Hired | Not Selected |
| Project Management | Delivered / Complete | Cancelled |
Saving Your Configuration
All branding and labeling settings are saved per pipeline feed, so you can have a “Sales Pipeline” with insurance terminology and a “Project Board” with generic task labels — running simultaneously on the same site.
