Upgrading from Gravity Pipeline Free to Pro

Gravity Pipeline Pro unlocks unlimited stages, archive drop zones, team management, AMS sync, advanced filtering, and more. This guide walks you through the upgrade process.

Step 1: Purchase Gravity Pipeline Pro

Visit goat-getter.com and complete your purchase. After checkout you’ll receive a confirmation email with your license key and a link to your account downloads.

Step 2: Download the Pro Plugin

1. Log in to your Goat Getter account.
2. Go to Downloads and download gravity-pipeline-pro.zip.

Step 3: Deactivate the Free Version

1. In WordPress admin go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
2. Deactivate Gravity Pipeline (Free). Do not delete it yet — your pipeline feed settings are preserved in Gravity Forms.

Step 4: Install and Activate Pro

1. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
2. Upload gravity-pipeline-pro.zip and click Install Now.
3. Click Activate Plugin.

Step 5: Enter Your License Key

1. Go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline.
2. Paste your license key into the License Key field.
3. Click Save Settings. The status indicator turns green when valid.

All your existing pipelines, column settings, and entry data carry over automatically — nothing is lost in the upgrade.

Troubleshooting

• License shows invalid: Verify your domain matches the license and that you copied the full key.
• Pro features not showing: Clear your browser cache and ensure the Free plugin is deactivated.
