Gravity Pipeline

Viewing & Editing Entry Details

Each card on your Gravity Pipeline board represents a Gravity Forms entry. Clicking a card opens a slide-out detail panel where you can view all field data, make inline edits, add notes, and take actions — all without leaving the board.

Opening the Detail Panel

  1. On the pipeline board, click on any card.
  2. A slide-out panel appears from the right side of the screen.
  3. The panel shows all mapped fields from the Gravity Forms entry.

What’s in the Detail Panel

  • Entry fields: All form field data submitted with that entry.
  • Stage indicator: The current column/status of the entry.
  • Assigned user: Who the entry is assigned to.
  • Submission date: When the form was originally submitted.
  • Notes (Pro): Team notes added to this entry.
  • Activity history (Pro): A log of all stage changes and actions.

Inline Editing

You can edit field values directly in the slide-out panel without going to the full Gravity Forms entry editor.

  1. Click the Edit button or click directly on a field value.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Click Save to update the Gravity Forms entry.

Controlling Which Fields Are Visible

Not every form field needs to show in the panel. You can control field visibility in the pipeline feed settings under Field Visibility. Toggle individual fields on or off for the card view and the detail panel separately.

Opening the Full Entry in Gravity Forms

If you need access to the complete Gravity Forms entry editor (for example, to access file uploads or payment details), click the View Full Entry link at the bottom of the slide-out panel.
