Gravity Pipeline

How to Install Gravity Pipeline

Getting Gravity Pipeline up and running on your WordPress site takes less than five minutes. This guide walks you through every step — from downloading the plugin to confirming it’s active and ready to use.

What You’ll Need Before You Start

  • A WordPress site (version 5.8 or higher)
  • Gravity Forms installed and active — Gravity Pipeline is an add-on that requires Gravity Forms
  • Administrator access to your WordPress dashboard

Step 1: Download the Plugin

Free version: Download directly from the Goat Getter store or from the GitHub repository. You’ll receive a .zip file.

Pro version: After purchasing from goat-getter.com, go to My Account > Downloads and download the Pro .zip file.

Step 2: Upload & Install

  1. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Plugins > Add New.
  3. Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
  4. Click Choose File, select the gravity-pipeline.zip file you downloaded, then click Install Now.
  5. Once WordPress finishes uploading, click Activate Plugin.

Step 3: Activate Your License (Pro Only)

If you installed Gravity Pipeline Pro, you must activate your license key to enable Pro features and receive automatic updates.

  1. In your WordPress admin, go to Forms > Settings > Gravity Pipeline.
  2. Locate the License Key field.
  3. Paste your license key — found in your Goat Getter account under License Keys.
  4. Click Save Settings. The status indicator will turn green when the key is valid.

Step 4: Confirm Installation

With the plugin active, you should now see a Gravity Pipeline option in your WordPress admin sidebar (or under the Forms menu). If you don’t see it, try deactivating and reactivating the plugin.

Troubleshooting

  • Plugin won’t activate: Make sure Gravity Forms is installed and active first. Gravity Pipeline requires Gravity Forms to function.
  • License key says “invalid”: Double-check that you copied the full key with no extra spaces, and that your domain matches the license.
  • Don’t see the menu: Clear any caching plugins and refresh your browser.
