Reactivating Sold or Dropped Entries

Sometimes a “lost” deal comes back to life, or an archived entry needs to re-enter the active pipeline. Gravity Pipeline Pro makes it easy to reactivate any archived entry and move it back to any stage.

Viewing Archived Entries

1. Open your pipeline board.
2. Click the Show Archived toggle (or the archive icon in the board toolbar).
3. Archived entries appear in the Won and Lost zones below the main board.

Reactivating an Entry

Method 1 — Drag back to the board: Simply drag the card from the archive zone back into any active column. The entry’s status updates automatically.

Method 2 — From the detail panel:

1. Click the archived card to open its detail panel.
2. Click Reactivate (or Move to Stage).
3. Select which stage/column to move the entry into.
4. Confirm. The entry returns to the active board in the chosen stage.

What Gets Updated

• The entry’s status field value changes to match the destination stage.
• The archive flag is cleared — the entry no longer appears in archive zones.
• The entry history (Pro) logs the reactivation with a timestamp.

Use Case: Re-Marketing Dropped Leads
